ABC Dogs - Dog Training

We offer everything from basic good manners (stay, loose lead walking, recall etc) either in your own home or if you prefer learning in a class setting, we offer this at The Otago Equestrian Centre. 

Everything we do looks at your individual dogs own learning style and we quickly adapt for the best outcome for yourself and your dog.

In Home Dog Training

A convenient and helpful service where we travel to you and offer In Home Dog Training.

Your dog's comfort and not adding stress is always the best way forward and home environments allow your dog to be truly comfortable while learning. Having a trainer come to your own home is an excellent way for everyone to be happy and relaxed.

This service requires a 1.5 hour visit where a thorough assessment is conducted, from there you will be advised how many sessions are likely, though vast improvements are made after either the initial assessment (where immediate recommendations are discussed) or two sessions.  If your dog has other behavioural issues, please click the Behaviour Modification link on the home page.

The rate for this service is $ 90 per hour in central Mosgiel and Dunedin.

We do travel elsewhere on request.

Classes

We offer classes at The Otago Equestrian Centre which involves learning basic good manners, loose lead walking and more

These are run approximately every 2-3 months.
